Biographie
Olav Spahl is the Director of Elite Sport for the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee and Chef de Mission who has led Team Belgium through multiple Olympic Games. Graduated from the German Sport University Cologne and with with a background in the German Swimming Federation and the German Olympic Sports Confederation he is the primary strategic architect behind Belgium’s high-performance sports vision and its pursuit of international podium success.
