Biographie
Dr. Bérénice Charrez is the founder and CEO of Hatch Systems. She earned her PhD in Bioengineering at UC Berkeley and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School, working on biosensors, metabolism, and physiological measurement technologies.
As an offshore sailor with more than 30,000 nautical miles of racing experience, Bérénice saw firsthand the challenges of managing fatigue, recovery, and performance at sea. She founded Hatch Systems to combine engineering, physiological understanding, and real-world experience to build better human performance monitoring tools for high-stress environments.
